Hello! This is my second year directing Primary Camp at Tall Oaks, and I couldn’t be more excited to be back! I love seeing familiar faces and meeting new friends each summer.  During the year, I serve as the Pastor of Family Ministry at Liberty Christian Church, which means I am blessed to spend my days with kids, youth, and families.

My Tall Oaks adventure started years ago when some church friends talked me into signing up for Chi-Rho Creativity Camp—and I was hooked! Tall Oaks quickly became one of my favorite places, where I made lifelong friends from all over the KC region. I went to camp every summer after that and even served on the RYC in high school.

One of my favorite parts of camp now is getting to share it with my daughters, Katie and Chelsea. They’re in 8th grade and will be at Eighters Camp this summer—so Tall Oaks is truly a family tradition for us!

When I’m not at church or at camp, you can usually find me reading or hanging out with
family and friends. We live in the country with a whole crew of animals—cows, chickens,
cats, dogs, and even a leopard gecko!
I can’t wait to make more camp memories this summer!
